Fundraising Administrator

Up to £11 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Social Welfare Charity based in Elephant and Castle. They are recruiting for a Fundraising Administrator to be working in the office. This is a 2-month temporary contract starting in November, with possible extension.

As the Fundraising Administrator you will be working in the fundraising department. As the Fundraising Administrator you will liaise with managers, supporters and volunteers to resolve standard and ad hoc queries. You will provide support for all fundraising campaigns through supporter focused response initiatives and fulfilment.

You will also be responding consistently to a high volume of inbound enquiries from supporters and volunteers, across all communication channels. You will accurately maintain manual and electronic records and input data on databases, complying with Data Protection Act. Maintain sensitive information and records with appropriate confidentiality.

Service Delivery Manager

They are recruiting for a for a well-organised Service Delivery Manager. Your challenge will be to provide strong leadership to their front-line teams and oversee empathetic, trauma informed service delivery to potential and confirmed victims of modern slavery referred to us for support. You'll also need to establish effective operational relationships with key front-line delivery partners that prioritises the needs of service users and actively seeks to embed The Slavery and Trafficking Survivor Care Standards across all areas of operational activity.

Capturing, assessing and responding to service user feedback will be important too. And, when it comes to developing and implementing robust systems and processes, being accountable for the performance of front-line teams and providing guidance, advice, coaching and performance management, again, we'll count on you.

Be responsible for acquiring and maintaining up to date and full knowledge of all the front-line service obligations regarding contractual and policy requirements. Managing the integration and implementation of new services within the Victim Care Contract that are supported by the front-line delivery teams.

Drive continual improvement, applying ISO principles to facilitate a learning environment that motivates a highly trained and fully competent staff team, delivering effective performance development and succession planning. You will also be line managing a team of 3.

Partnership Manager

£30000 - £31000 per annum

They are recruiting for a Partnership Manager to develop a number of partnerships to ensure the success of a brand new contract. You will manage the support of adult victims of modern slavery and human trafficking in England and Wales.

Building productive partnerships with statutory and non-statutory organisations to deliver a coordinated approach to supporting victims of modern slavery is the challenge that awaits you here.

Indeed, you'll be responsible for the proactive management and development of local and national partnerships, both existing and new, internally and with external organisations, to support strategic and operational objectives.

Developing and maintaining relationship with a variety of contacts in local external agencies in order to support the needs of clients will be important too. And, when it comes to helping to build and support a strong team of champions/ representatives to raise awareness and network at regional and local level.

Develop and maintain a relationship with local contacts in agencies and organisations e.g. Local Authorities, police, health providers, the Single Competent Authority, the Department for Work and Pensions, the Independent Child Trafficking Guardians service, local charitable organisations, faith communities to support the needs of clients whilst in the service and when/if they wish to return to their home country.


Develop an engagement plan to build collaborative and effective partnerships working with the sub-contractors (to reflect local arrangements) and other identified external organisations to ensure the delivery of good quality support services, aligning interests, achieving partnership objectives and outputs.


Working with key stakeholders to ensure there is improved identification of potential victims of modern slavery and greater awareness to prevent modern slavery in their supply chains.


Ensure the needs of clients in the service are met by developing close working relationships with key stakeholders e.g Local Authorities to support effective coordination of delivered services, ensure the transition to independence is smooth, support is tailored to need, and care and support assessments are in place if required

Work with the Communications Team to support and contribute to internal and external communications with all partners and stakeholders.

Supply Chain Manager

£35000 - £37000 per annum

They are recruiting for a for a well-organised Supply Chain Manager to proactively manage a variety of suppliers as part of a brand new contract where they support adults who are Victims of modern slavery and human trafficking in England and Wales.

Your challenge will be to manage all sub-contracted suppliers providing accommodation and other support
Services contract. You will develop and manage operational plans and contribute to the overall delivery of the objectives of the Adult Victims of Modern Slavery Care. Deliver the expansion of services through the supply chain, devise and implement robust systems and processes to monitor and report on supplier performance and manage a team of direct reports.

Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with all relevant suppliers. Develop and implement robust systems and processes to monitor and report on the performance of suppliers. Line managing two Data Analysts.

You will need:
Significant experience at a similar level within a supply chain
environment
A track record of successfully managing large contracts with third
party suppliers

Project Coordinator - Higher Education

Up to £14 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work within Higher Education to start asap. This is a temporary contract for 8 weeks, with a possible extension.

As the Projects Coordinator you will assist in the production of presentations and other written materials. You will conduct administrative and operational tasks in accordance with defined policies, procedures and instructions to ensure the delivery of a first-class service to all stakeholders.

As the Projects Coordinator you will manage the payment process for two talent pools - purchase orders, invoice processing and payment. You will draft and develop standard materials, working to a clear brief, for use in the provision of an effective and efficient support service. You will Co-ordinate team calendars and meetings to support efficient and effective team working. You will organise, input into and monitor databases and records to ensure accurate recording, completed in a timely manner in line with established processes.

Experience:

Project Administration

Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders
