You will be responsible for the accurate creation of data and the amendment of data. You will be mail merging for in house processing of correspondence with donors .You will assist in the daily running of a help desk function of all fundraising division database users.

As the Fundraising Database Assistant you will be liaising with direct marketing agencies and fulfilment houses. You will be liaising with the Donor Services unit on data and technical issues regarding the Donor Services database.

You will be able to easily understand and analyse complex data from multiple sources and interpret this to build a greater understanding of what data infers and make recommendations based on this.

As the Project Assistant you will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate logistics of the team, senior staff and/or volunteers including diary management, travel and meetings. To plan and service internal and external meetings and events including liaising with venues and speakers, preparing information packs, drafting agendas, taking minutes. To develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures as required including project tracking and monitoring, including supporting the day to day management of the office and working with Lambeth Council staff on volunteer processes.

To create, edit and proof-read business communications and documents including assisting with the production of project reports, publications and promotional material and up-dating web-sites and social media.
