As the Events and Project Support Officer you will be the first point of contact within the team for student event enquires and ensure that they are dealt with promptly. You will support the Events Recruitment Manager in executing the Events communication plan. You will responsible for coordinating the team calendars and meeting to support efficiently and effective team working. You will provide support and guidance, and attend events where necessary (often evenings and weekends). Coordinate all logistics and operations in advance of each event, including invitations, venues and catering.

You will organise, upload into and monitor databases to ensure that all information is accurate. You will support the Recruitment Events Team in delivering all recruitment events, aligned with the department's corporate plan and target.

As the Events Fundraising Officer you will report to the Senior Events Fundraising Manager in the Running Events team. You will responsible for meeting both income and expenditure targets as agreed with the Events Fundraising Manager. You will develop and maintain relationships with supporters, clients and third party companies. You will work across departments internally to promote and maximise participation.

As the Events Fundraising Officer you will work with the Marketing Campaign Manager to implement and manage events marketing campaigns including selecting and segmenting the appropriate data and considering all opportunities such as new media. You will undertake copywriting for the web and event newsletters. Charity Talent are recruiting for an Events Officer for a well-known Charity, based in the City of London. This is an asap start and it is a 3 month contract, with a possible extension.

As the Events Officer you will support the Fundraising Events Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day running of challenge events, recruiting participants, motivating participants, liaising with them over sponsorship levels to maximise income opportunities, liaising with participants before and after the event.

As the Events Officer you will develop a strategy and manage the promotion of events on the website, through internal channels and through social media. This includes the design, writing and keeping updated of all marketing collateral.
