Charity Talent are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to work within Education, this is an ASAP start and is a 2-3 months Temporary contract, with a possible extension.
As the Operations Coordinator you will conduct administrative and operational tasks in accordance with defined policies, procedures and instructions to ensure the delivery of a first-class service to all stakeholders. You will coordinate team calendars and meetings to support efficient and effective team working.
As the Operations Coordinator you will act as a point of referral for less experienced colleagues to provide assistance and to help to resolve issues and queries including those related to financial administration, budget queries and office management tasks. You will provide administrative support to the department as required including organising the logistics for the monthly team meetings and the monthly Operations team meetings.
A high level of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders in a tactful and diplomatic way
Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and/or databases
Proactive approach to relationship development with colleagues
Understanding of financial management systems, reconciliation and reporting
Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
Able to work unsupervised with a high level of initiative and a proactive attitude
Charity Talent are recruiting for a Finance Officer for a Arts Charity, based in the City of London. This is as an asap start and it is a permanent contract.
As the Finance Officer you will be responsible for reconciliation and you will maintain petty cash, credit cards and petty cash cards. You will chase debtors and collect the outstanding monies where required.
As the Finance Officer you will post bank entries, and prepare bank reconciliations on a monthly basis. Support the team where necessary, including reviewing data, expenses and invoices. Maintain all stakeholder relationships. You will post invoices and manage the accounts payable as required.
A strong customer service focus, with excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to build effective working relationships with employees and external stakeholders/suppliers
Practical knowledge of spreadsheets and computerised accounting systems
A basic understanding of financial controls and their importance
