As the HR Administrator you will act as the first point of contact for HR matters, providing advice and guidance as appropriate. You will manage the team email inbox and telephone line, responding appropriately to enquiries and information requests. You will ensure administrative processes are completed accurately, including the updating of the people management system.

As the HR Administrator you will maintain effective systems for processing and monitoring Disclosure and Barring Service checks for volunteers that require them and for carrying out rechecks for employees.

Experience:

Strong administrative experience

Excellent spoken and written English

Experience of working in a customer focussed role

Excellent communication skills; able to communicate verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Health Charity based in Central London. They are recruiting for a HR Service Centre Administration. This is a temporary role to start asap for 3 months with a possible extension.

As the HR Service Centre Administrator you will aim to deliver an excellent experience for everyone who comes into contact with the team by providing a professional first point of contact HR advice service which is backed up by an efficient and effective administrative service. You will advise managers and employees on the interpretation and application of policies, procedures and guidelines by telephone, face to face or in writing.

As the HR Service Centre Administrator you will administer HR processes once employees have joined, including contract changes and extensions, allowances, leavers, references, and all family friendly leave arrangements. You will manage the team email inbox and telephone line, responding appropriately to enquiries and information requests.

Experience:

Charity Talent are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Assistant, working for a Health Charity based in the city of London. This is to start ASAP and is a 2 - 3 months contract (possible extension).

As the Recruitment Assistant you will act as the first point of contact for all recruitment matters, providing advice and guidance. You will advise recruiting managers and new starters on the recruitment and new starter process, including guidance on use of manager self-service processes.

As the Recruitment Assistant you will liaise with recruiting managers and successful applicants to ensure the new starter and new appointment process is managed efficiently. You will respond appropriately to telephone, email and written enquiries and information requests. Advise managers, employees and candidates on the interpretation and application of recruitment related policies, procedures and guidelines by telephone, face to face or in writing. You will provide expert advice on where to advertise roles, and on the content of written adverts.

Experience:

Experience of working in a recruitment or Human Resources environment

An understanding of employment law as it applies to recruitment and contracts

Experience of working with confidential information and an understanding of data protection principles

Experience of using a human resources database or other type of database to input data and produce reports and documents

Charity Talent are recruiting for a HR Administrator to work for a Health Charity, based in the City of London. This is an asap start and it is a temporary 2 month contract, with a possible extension.

As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for chasing referees/applicants for outstanding references. You will be identifying gaps in information provided and seeking additional details and/or references from applicants as required.

As the HR Administrator you will be assisting with admission queries. You will be providing guidance to applicants and staff about reference and eligibility requirements. You will be contacting referees to request additional information.
