Charity Talent are recruiting for a Travel Planner and Office Coordinator to start asap, this is a temporary contract for 6 weeks (possible extension) to work within Education, based in Central London.
As the Travel Planner and Office Coordinator you will be responsible for overseas travel itinerary planning, submitting expense claims, and extensive and complex diary coordination. You will prepare supporting materials, presentations, data and research briefs for donor meetings to a high level of detail and accuracy.
As the Travel Planner and Office Coordinator you will plan the Giving team meetings including agenda, logistics, minute taking, and action-item tracking. You will accurately process invoices and input financial data into systems to support the tracking of team/department budgets. You will support the delivery of cultivation and stewardship events.
Extensive diary management experience
Planning and booking travel for team members
CRM database entry and/or pulling reports
Meeting planning - agendas, booking rooms, meeting minutes
Extremely organised and proactive, with high level of attention to detail
