Student Submission Manager - Youth Education

£18 - £22 per hour

Job Description

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Student Submission Manager to work for an Education Charity based in Central London.

This can either be a Temporary job, asap start, this could lead into something more permanent.

As the Student Submissions Manager, you will have knowledge of the academic regulations within HEIs. You will be an expert in their partner university's processes and procedures. You will work closely with their Curriculum and Delivery teams to ensure that the academic regulations governing the programme are adhered to and understood by participants and employees.

You will also be comfortable with people management, as they will be expected to frequently liaise with high-level internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee the participant journey academically, including the record of all assessments, liaising with external examiners, preparation for exam boards. Overseeing the suitability and eligibility processes for participants post-programme commencement. Management of all administrative aspects of the participant including registration and data transfer. Oversight of assessment administration.

Preparation of information of Examination Boards. Liaison with External Examiners and External Markers.

Build strong work relationships with Staff and key departments within the accrediting HEI, including HR, ICT, Student Records and Admissions. Overseeing a regular and concise reporting system of information for the programme.

Proactively ensure that all academic records are filed correctly and maintained in line with university quality assurance guidelines. Extract analyse and format academic data. Oversee the academic administration team to ensure all logistical aspects of Programme events and graduation ceremonies.

  • Project Administrator
    £12 - £13 per hour

    Charity Talent are recruiting for Project Administrator to work for a Social Welfare Charity based in Central London. This is a 5-month contract (till the end of the year) with the possibility to extend.

    The role will be based in the Digital Learning team. This will be supporting the team that run all of the online learning and digital support for the programme including delivery of online teaching days and support with assignment submissions.

    Responsibilites include:

    • Preparing and running of teaching days
    • Staff queries during delivery
    • Participant queries during delivery
    • Set up of meetings/ delivery on zoom
    • Minuting meetings and capturing decisions in design meetings
    • Inbox management
    • Moodle (virtual learning platform) administration
    • Administration of observation recordings
