Job Description

Charity Talent are recruiting for an International Charity based in the City of London. They are recruiting for a Fundraising Data Processor to start ASAP. This is a temporary position and is ongoing.

As the Fundraising Data Processor you will contribute as of a member of the Supporter Care Team. You will organise and process data and financial transactions. You will be updating existing and new, contact the donor services team for help and advice with a range of issues related to giving and their donations.

As the Fundraising Date Processor you will assist in the daily running of a help desk function of all fundraising division database users. Deal with all queries directly and Gift Aid.

You will ideally have experience of working in a Fundraising Department as an administrator / customer care / database.

  • Project Administrator
    £12 - £13 per hour

    Charity Talent are recruiting for Project Administrator to work for a Social Welfare Charity based in Central London. This is a 5-month contract (till the end of the year) with the possibility to extend.

    The role will be based in the Digital Learning team. This will be supporting the team that run all of the online learning and digital support for the programme including delivery of online teaching days and support with assignment submissions.

    Responsibilites include:

    • Preparing and running of teaching days
    • Staff queries during delivery
    • Participant queries during delivery
    • Set up of meetings/ delivery on zoom
    • Minuting meetings and capturing decisions in design meetings
    • Inbox management
    • Moodle (virtual learning platform) administration
    • Administration of observation recordings
    • Other tasks

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Confident in IT systems such as zoom and online chat functions
    • Confident enough to be trained and navigate basic online programme
