Charity Talent are recruiting for a Project Administrator to work for an International Development Charity based near Brixton, immediate start. This is a 3 - 6 months contract.
As the Project Administration you will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate logistics of the team, senior staff and/or volunteers including diary management, travel and meetings. You will plan internal and external meetings and events including: liaising with venues and speakers, preparing information packs, drafting agendas, taking minutes.
As the Project Administrator you will create, edit and proof-read business communications and documents including assisting with the production of project reports, publications and promotional material and up-dating web-sites and social media. You will understand and administer financial procedures. You will be responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining database.
