Charity Talent are recruiting for an Office Coordinator to work for a well known International Development Charity to start asap. This is a 3 - 6 month temporary contract, based in the City of London.
As the Office Coordinator you will provide a reception desk welcome to visitors. You will ensure that incoming post is received and distributed. Answer telephone calls, enquiries and requests and pass to relevant staff. Provide administrative support to Health and Safety.
Manage the In-box, you will also maintain the filing system and database and approve supplier list. Coordinate birthdays, staff leavers and other celebrations. Provide support for office events as and when required. Manage the petty cash for administrative purposes. Prepare invoices, maintain credit card records and reconcile credit card for the COO.
