Are you a talented Admin Support Officer, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you experience dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks and being the main point of contact for queries? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Health Charity in London.

This role is a part time 21 hours per week, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This role is FTC till January 2024 and is hybrid working so 1 day in the office - office near Liverpool Street Station (EC2M 7PP), London. The pro rata salary is up to £24,500.

This role is to support the Customer Care team which provides vital support to the public in the Operations directorate.

The Role: In this Admin Support Officer role, you will report to Customer Experience Manager. Specific tasks include:

  • You will provide timely answers to enquiries from Customer Care team members.
  • You will interpret and communicate complex information in a way that can be understood by all.
  • You will share updates, briefings and maintain up to date information on the communal library.
  • You will liaise with relevant teams to obtain answers to enquiries and/or undertake research into the enquiry topic
  • You will act as the point of contact for any questions on new information.
  • You will create, and catalogue documents enabling the team to quickly access key information.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Admin Support Officer role you will need to possess administration experience.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Ability to respond to a high volume of emails and queries
  • Someone who can take initiative and do independent work
  • Someone who is organised and efficient
  • Have excellent writing skills to ensure your writing is clear and concise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills will enable you to work with colleagues across the organisation
  • Comfortable using tools from the Microsoft package.
