Charity Talent are recruiting for an Alumni Relations Coordinator working for an Educational Charity, remote work. This is to start asap and it is a Temp contract for 3 months.

As the Alumni Relations Coordinator you will act as the first point of contact within the team for alumni queries, managing email and routine telephone enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and exceed alumni needs and expectations. You will execute a range of administrative tasks relating to events such as taking manual bookings, printing guest lists, name badges and purchasing gifts.

As the Alumni Relations Coordinator you will support the Alumni Engagement team with all data administration as required. This will include inputting data and will log alumni call reports on the Database. You will complete tasks in accordance with defined policies and procedures to ensure that a consistent, world-class service is provided to all clients and stakeholders.


Further education or equivalent

Strong administration and project coordination background

Experience working with volunteers definite advantage

Excellent customer service skills

Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders
