Job Description

Are you a talented Temp IT Systems and Office Administrator or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience providing administrative support to the IT and Facilities team? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Education Charity based in London.

This is ASAP start for a 5 month temp role with the possibility to extend. This role is hybrid working with 3 days in the office near Camden Town station (NW1).

This role is perfect for someone who has customer service experience and is interested in technology and could benefit from an entry-level IT role for a few months to learn and grow.

The Role: In this Temp IT Systems and Office Administrator role you'll report to the IT Manager. Specific tasks include:

  • Support on booking meeting rooms and setting them up.
  • To provide on the day support for larger meetings.
  • To assist the team to set up new staff members on all apps.
  • To be responsible for the communications from the IT team to the wider organisation.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of relevant IT equipment and inductions for new starters.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day relationship management with IT helpdesk provider.
  • Coordinating with external vendors on general office maintenance and repairs.
  • Deal with the organisation of office supplies.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Temp IT Systems and Office Administrator role you will need to possess experience of supporting a team with strong organisational skills.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Ability to liaise with many people at different levels and both internally and externally.
  • Strong admin experience.
  • Excellent English writing, editing and communications skills.

    Charity Talent are recruiting for a Temp Fundraising Supporter Care Executive to join a brilliant Bereavement Charity. The purpose of this role will be to join the fundraising team to deliver exceptional supporter care and provide operational and administrative services to the team.

  • Office Team Coordinator
    £25000 - £27000 per annum

    Are you a talented Office Team Coordinator or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can be invaluable to the charity by supporting on a wide range of operational, admin and logistic tasks? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Social Justice Charity based in London.

    This is a perm role and to start ASAP. This will be mainly office based located near Camden (NW1). This role is great for someone who likes to be busy, carrying out a variety of tasks and being the first point of contact for senior staff members.

    The Role: In this Office Team Coordinator role you'll report to the Operations Manager and will be primarily responsible for supporting with every day running of the office and their services. Specific tasks include:

    • Manage diary and provide support to the CEO.
    • Organise travel and accommodation arrangements.
    • Key point of contact for the office and compliance team.
    • Day-to-day management of the office including maintenance and office materials.
    • Build strong, positive relationships with staff using the office and building managers.
    • Ensure that systems are working like the printer and IT equipment.
    • Support staff with basic day-to-day IT issues and queries.
    • Support on HR compliance administration, including pre-employment checks.
