Job Description

Are you a talented Project Team Administrator, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have administrative experience supporting a wider team including help with event, travel logistics and project work? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Research Health Charity in London.

This role is an immediate start and is temporary for 3 months with the possibility to extend. This role will be hybrid working, office is near Angel Station (EC1).

The Role: In this Project Team Administrator role, you will report to Senior Administration Executive. Specific tasks include:

  • Act as first point of contact for all queries regarding office management issues.
  • Maintain the office diary for more than one team.
  • Help with maintaining databases of media mentions and report citations .
  • Help organise and promote events, such as workshops.
  • Organise group meetings and other project meetings and events.
  • Organise travel and accommodation for the members attending conferences and meetings in the UK and abroad.
  • Support on any additional projects.
  • Organise the sending of materials to conferences and event.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Project Team Administrator role you will need to demonstrable experience of administrative/operational roles, planning and organising. Charity Talent also need you to have prior experience working in a team supporting multiple people.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Experience of working in a team and liaising with many people at different levels.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • The ability to work to a high level of detail and accuracy.

    Are you a talented Temp Fundraising Event Assistant, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience supporting the events team with all london marathon queries and logistics matters? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Health based Charity in London.

    This is a 3 month temp role and ASAP start. It is a part time role for 21 hours per week and 3 days attendance in the office. Office is near Leicester Square, London, WC2H.

    The Role: In this Temp Fundraising Event Assistant role you'll report to the Community Manager. Specific tasks include:

    • Assist with all tasks related to 2023 London Marathon.
    • Develop and deliver all communications going out to the team.
    • Send out scheduled emails and letters to appropriate people.
    • Proactively making calls as required by the Manager to give support and help with an individual's fundraising.
    • Being the first point of contact for all questions and queries on the phone, email and Facebook.
    • Liaise with participants before and after the event.
    • Send out event materials as requested
    • Monitoring the Events inbox, Facebook and Whatapps groups.
    • Deal with all engagements related to the groups and responding to queries and requests as necessary.

    The Candidate: To be considered for the Temp Fundraising Event Assistant role you will need to possess strong relationship management experience.

    Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

    • Excellent organisation skills, time management and multitasking skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and dealing with a wide range of people.
    • Experience using a CRM system.
    • Someone who can take initiative and do independent work.
    • Someone who is organised and efficient.
    • Experience writing and delivering compelling communications to the wider public.
  • Community Marketing Officer
    £30000 - £33000 per annum

    This is a permanent role with 2 days in the office near Liverpool Street Station, EC2M.

    The Role: As the Community Marketing Officer, you will report to the Community Marketing Event Manager. Specific tasks:

    • Encourage supporters to join in the campaigns and increase attraction.
    • Work collaboratively with a variety of internal teams to ensure the campaign targets are met.
    • Manage relationships with internal and external members to deliver plans.
    • Ability to deliver your own smaller campaigns from idea to reality.
    • Project manage and deliver cross-channel marketing plans and campaigns.
    • Play a key role in developing powerful creative campaigns through to print and digital production.
    • Test and develop new ideas to make insight-based decisions to optimise and grow.

    The Candidate: To be considered for the Community Marketing Officer role you will need to possess experience in a marketing role supporting on campaigns.

    Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

    • Provide exceptional supporter experience and service.
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
    • Ability to manage a varied workload.
    • Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of on and offline marketing approaches.
    • Project management experience.
