Over 20,000 young people have participated in its Choices and Consequences Exhibitions, and its online resources have benefited over 10,000 young people in the past year. The charity is small but has established itself as a leading anti-knife crime organization, using its position to campaign against factors contributing to increasing knife crime.

The job requires a candidate with experience in delivering education or training to young people, especially those with diverse backgrounds, managing challenging behaviour, and coordinating multiple tasks. Administrative skills and knowledge of online systems are necessary. Designing educational programmes are desirable. The candidate must possess the ability to educate young people and work in a team while representing the Trust positively. Knowledge of knife crime and/or youth violence in London and facilitation/teaching techniques are also essential.
