Are you a talented Team and Event Coordinator, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can support the event team in administrative tasks during their busy period? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Royal College based in London.

This is an immediate 3 month temp role to support during their busy special event period. This is a ASAP start. It will be working from home and 2 days in the office (near Elephant and Castle).

The Role: As the Team and Event Coordinator you will be doing the following:

  • Assist the Events team to organise events, conferences and courses
  • Responsible for overseeing the events inbox and deal with any queries
  • Use the database to set up new events, create delegate lists and support on feedback forms.
  • Manage speakers' requirements by sending out admin details, arranging travel and accommodation where applicable and thank you letters.
  • Deal with all aspects of delegate registration including registration of delegates onto the database and sending out confirmation letters and receipts.
  • Print delegate material and certificates.
  • Other duties compatible with employment may be given by the Head of Events and the Senior Events Co-ordinator.
