£14 - £17 per hour

Are you a talented Temp Project Admin Assistant or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience of supporting a team and dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Social Justice Charity based in London.

This is a 3 month temp role with the possibility to be extended and to start ASAP. Working from home with 1-2 days in office near Clapham (SW11).

The Role: In this Project Admin Assistant role you'll report to the Project Manager and will be primarily responsible for supporting with the everyday admin of the charity. Specific tasks include:

  • Supporting the projects team with the successful administration of events.
  • Collating research and writing reports to send to the team.
  • Coordinating with internal and external staff, referral agencies and providers.
  • Respond to the teams' emails and phone calls.
  • Enter data into the CRM system.
  • Ensure all the printed material is ready for the projects and events.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Temp Project Admin Assistant role you will need to possess experience of working in a customer focused role with strong administrative skills.
