Are you a talented Marketing Assistant, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience supporting ​the marketing content team on delivering high-quality marketing material and administrative tasks? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Higher Education in London.

This role is temporary for 3 months and will be working from home and 2 days in the office (near Westminster).

The Role: In this Marketing Assistant role, you will report to the Head of Marketing. Specific tasks include:

  • Provide administrative support to for the team.
  • Be the point of call for marketing enquires, including managing the marketing and student inbox.
  • Help keep communication data in the databases and processes up to date.
  • Execute the creation of marketing content and communications strategies.
  • Write excellent copy across various content forms including blogs, website and more.
  • Distribute content via many different channels e.g. social media, email marketing and third-party advertising.
  • Work closely with other teams including PR team to amplify content and generate awareness of programmes.
  • You will evaluate and report on individual content marketing activity utilising marketing analytics.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Marketing Assistant role you will need to demonstrable some experience within marketing whether this is an internship or work experience.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Excellent all-round communication skills
  • Strong administrative, organisation and planning skills.
  • Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong written skills.
  • Ability to support mainly on administrative work, copywriting, editing on the website and data processing tasks.
