This is a permanent role with hybrid working near Liverpool Street Station.

The Role: In this Media Manager role, you'll report to the Senior Media Manger. Specific tasks include:

  • Develop and deliver creative and proactive media campaigns.
  • Act as a first point of contact for media enquiries.
  • Building relationships with media contacts to keep them posted on the charity activity.
  • Recruit and manage media volunteers to pitch powerful stories.
  • Identify reputational risks and undertake crisis communications managements.
  • Ensure voices of people related to the charity are heard.
  • Deliver high-impact press coverage that inspires people to act, and actively supports organisation-wide campaigns.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Media Manager role you will need to demonstrable experience of delivering major campaigns.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • experienced media professional with a track record for designing and delivering high impact press campaigns across a range of issues.
  • Responsible for driving media coverage for our flagship fundraising and awareness campaigns.
  • You have an excellent working knowledge of UK, national and regional media.
  • You can build good relationships with journalists across the board, and a knack for telling a great story.

    The Role: As the Fundraising Customer Care Officer you will be doing the following tasks;

    • Respond to a high volume of inbound enquiries from supporters, volunteers and the general public across all communication channels.
    • Respond consistently to all enquiries.
    • Provide support for all fundraising campaigns through supporter focused response initiatives and fulfilment.
    • Log feedback (positive, negative and complaints).
    • Liaise with managers, supporters and volunteers to resolve standard and ad hoc queries.
    • Accurately maintain manual and electronic records, complying with GDPR and statutory regulations.
    • Input and maintain data on databases ensuring GDPR is adhered to.
    • Work collaboratively with other teams within Relationships and maintain open communication.

    The Candidate: To be considered for the Fundraising Customer Care Officer you will need to possess administration experience. Charity Talent also need you to have prior experience of dealing with a high volume of emails/calls.

    This role is an immediate start and either part time (4 days a week) or 5 days a week. This role is temporary for 4 months with the possibility to extend and will be hybrid working, office is in Charing Cross.

    The Role: In this Project Manager role, you will report to Director of Programmes. Specific tasks include:

    • Support on webinar/peer learning sessions.
    • Support on monthly employer newsletters for duration of employment.
    • Build relationships with parties involved in the project.
    • Deal with check in-calls with employers who have expressed an interest in the project and to take them through the sign-in process.
    • Other tasks to support the day-to-day work of the Work team
