Charity Talent are recruiting for a talented Temp Research Team Coordinator.

Are you a talented Temp Research Team Coordinator, or are you striving to be one? This is an temp role for 2 months with the possibility to extend. This is an ASAP start. It will be hybrid working with a few days in the office near Paddington Station (W2)

The Role: As the Research Team Coordinator you will work closely with the research team to ensure the smooth running of specific briefs and cases. You will be doing the following tasks;

  • Provide support to the Director to include diary management, liaison with colleagues and external organisations.
  • Prepare background information for weekly research team meetings, including timely production of the agenda and papers.
  • Arrange research team inductions for new staff including supporting materials and assisting with the creation of team presentations.
  • Maintain and update the research team external facing web pages.
  • Organise and manage logistics for research team-led events, such as seminars and materials.
  • Maintain standard briefing materials for research cases.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Research Team Coordinator role you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to build positive relationships.

    This is a 3 month temp role and ASAP start. It is a part time role for 21 hours per week and 3 days attendance in the office. Office is near Leicester Square, London, WC2H.

    The Role: In this Temp Fundraising Event Assistant role you'll report to the Community Manager. Specific tasks include:

    • Assist with all tasks related to 2023 London Marathon.
    • Develop and deliver all communications going out to the team.
    • Send out scheduled emails and letters to appropriate people.
    • Proactively making calls as required by the Manager to give support and help with an individual's fundraising.
    • Being the first point of contact for all questions and queries on the phone, email and Facebook.
    • Liaise with participants before and after the event.
    • Send out event materials as requested

  • Administrative Assistant - Birmingham
    £18000 - £21000 per annum

    Are you a talented Administrative Assistant or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience being part of a team and supporting on administrative tasks? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Social Welfare Charity based in Birmingham.

    This is a FTC until Jan 2025 and looking for someone to start ASAP. This role will be working from home with occasional visits to the Birmingham office - candidate needs to be close to Birmingham office for urgent meetings and training days. The standard working hours will be 35 hours a week Monday to Friday.

    The Role: In this Administrative Assistant role you'll report to the Contract Manager and will be provide responsive administrative support. Specific tasks include:

    • Undertaking quality Assurance checks on forms.
    • Providing recommendations for meeting the ongoing support needs of clients.
    • Inputting data onto the System to create client record.
    • Support with referrals for potential clients.
    • Distributing incoming email correspondence to designated team members for ongoing actions.
    • Accurately input data to Excel spreadsheets
