Job Description

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Strategic Data Manager for a Health Charity based in the City of London, they are recruiting for permanent contract to start asap.

As the Strategic Data Manager you will identify and deliver key analysis needs, using both internal and external data sets to drive conclusions that will support and deliver strategic plans. You will work as an active member of the Operations team, feeding into wider team plans and working across the charity to understand our organisation and support us to deliver shared objectives.

As the Strategic Data Manager you will draw on available data to develop insights about existing and potential beneficiary preferences and wishes, and use data to support delivery, work in a way that is going to appeal to our diverse audiences. You will use data to spot opportunities to optimise beneficiary involvement, understanding their needs and motivations to drive deeper engagement.

Experience:

Data analysis skills, with an ability to draw clear conclusions from multiple sources of data

Experience of feeding into strategic planning

Experience in using and developing multiple database systems and using this data to drive insights

Experience with advanced analysis such as predictive modelling in SPSS and interrogating data using SQL

Excellent knowledge of Data Protection Act requirements and GDPR

    Charity Talent are recruiting for Social Welfare Charity based in Central London. They are recruiting for a HR Administrator to start ASAP till end of November with the possibility to extend. Working from home.

    As the HR Administrator you will be responsible for all HR matters, providing advice and guidance as appropriate as well as to ensure that a high quality and integrated HR service is provided to colleagues. You will also provide administration and support to HR Service Centre Assistants including updating of the people management system. You will manage online DBS system for employees and volunteers across the Society and carry out other administrative tasks. .

    Experience:

    Experience of working in a customer focussed role

    Strong administrative experience

    Experience working with People systems and within a HR related role.

    Experience of using MS Office
