This is a permanent role; ASAP start and hybrid working near Nine Elms.

The Role: In this Data Manager role you'll report to the Head of CRM and will have a team of 3 direct reports.

Specific takes include:

  • Lead on data strategy to develop and deliver clear objectives.
  • To manage and support on CRM migration from Raisers Edge to Dynamics 365.
  • To identify key database and data resource requirements.
  • To lead in developing procedures and data protocols.
  • To lead in ensuring integrity of data through carrying out regular data cleaning, ensuring data protocols are followed and where necessary introducing new protocols.
  • To undertake or oversee data imports, exports, selections, screening, and analysis.
  • To lead and manage the Data team, including handling recruitment, performance management, appraisal and other employee management support to the team.
  • To champion learning within the team, providing coaching and seeking opportunities for team members to develop.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Data Manager role you will need to possess previous experience in database systems' management and development in a direct marketing or fundraising in a charity. Other skills include:

  • To have substantial experience of managing Dynamics 365 .
  • To have experience of team management, staff supervision and delegation .
  • To have demonstrable project management experience.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Analytical, Insightful, and data-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

    This role is 3 month temp role and will be working from home and 2 days in the office (near Elephant and Castle).

    • Work with the team to deliver cross-channel marketing and branded templates to deliver customised content.

    This is a 6 month FTC role and a ASAP start. It will be hybrid working with a few days in the office near Kings Cross.

    The Role: As the Fundraising Customer Care Officer you will be doing the following tasks;

    • Respond to a high volume of inbound enquiries from supporters, volunteers and the general public across all communication channels.
    • Respond consistently to all enquiries.
    • Provide support for all fundraising campaigns through supporter focused response initiatives and fulfilment.
    • Log feedback (positive, negative and complaints).
    • Liaise with managers, supporters and volunteers to resolve standard and ad hoc queries.
    • Accurately maintain manual and electronic records, complying with GDPR and statutory regulations.
    • Input and maintain data on databases ensuring GDPR is adhered to.
    • Work collaboratively with other teams within Relationships and maintain open communication.
