£23500 - £25500 per annum

Are you a talented Fundraising Executive, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can assist in championing customer care with supporters and supporting a busy fundraising and events team? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Health Charity based in London. This is a permanent position, immediate start with 2 days in the London office (near Bank Station) and the rest working from home.

The Role: As the Fundraising Executive you will work closely with Fundraising Manager, to deliver excellent in memory stewardship and assist with project work. Specific tasks:

  • Support the wider Events teams with upcoming events and campaign.
  • Provide outstanding stewardship in a timely manner.
  • Ensure processes run smoothly, including database management and thanking by post, email and telephone
  • Assist manager with project work, including marketing mailings, research and external promotion of in memory giving.
  • Support teams at key points throughout the year to help deliver fundraising events, activities and campaigns.
  • liaise with the Finance department on behalf of the team for invoices and purchase orders.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Fundraising Executive role you will need to possess experience working as part of a team being able to multi task whilst maintaining calm. Charity Talent also need you to have prior supporter care experience.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Experience of administration with excellent skills in this area.
  • Experience of undertaking projects independently and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Experience of and commitment to high quality customer care practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach.
