Charity Talent are recruiting for a Temporary Finance Officer to work for a Children's Charity based near Victoria, to start asap, 3 months with a possible extension.
As the Finance Officer you will support the day to day management of the finance process for the Charity.
Support the Contracts and Finance Manager in the preparation of budgets for forecasting and reporting purposes, ensuring that records are both accurate and up to date and meet the standards required by funders. Produde monitoring reports for a number of stakeholders. Be responsible for processing information on the sales and/or purchase ledgers including the accurate coding and processing of invoices, payments and credit notes.
Undertake monthly and quarterly reconciliations of the budget management system against sales and purchase ledgers and to ensure the application of efficient credit control.
Be the point of contact for contractors, suppliers and others concerned with income and expenditure. Day to day maintenance and management of the Charity's budget.
