Charity Talent are recruiting for a part time Finance Assistant for an International Development Charity based near Old street, London. This is an ongoing temporary contract. 3 days per week.
As the Part Time Finance Assistant you will be responsible for processing income and expenses. You will process weekly online sales and weekly online sales. You will liaise with other departments with the production of invoices. Create and distribute Sales Ledger invoices. You will work with accounts receivable, post income journals and maintain invoice lists.
As the Part Time Finance Assistant you will assist with in reconciliation of ledger Accounts.
Reconcile, sales ledger and control Account. You will be working with Accounts Payable, distributing invoices to budget holders for approval and general filing and photocopying.
General Bookkeeping or work as a Finance Administrator within the Charity Sector
Experience of using computerised accounting system
Proficient in use of Excel, Word and email and IT literate
Comfortable with learning to use software applications
