£24000 - £27000 per annum

Are you a talented Membership Engagement Coordinator, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can be first point of contact for all members and assistant on administrative tasks? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a thinktank based in London, which seeks to implement ideas for social action.

This is perm role, ASAP start. It will be hybrid working with a 3 days in the office near Marble Arch Station (W1H)

The Role: As the Membership Engagement Coordinator you will report to Head of Membership. You will be doing the following tasks;

  • Provide excellent customer service to all members by telephone, resolving a wide range of inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare and send welcome materials and other membership mailings.
  • Manage CRM Database (Salesforce), following key processes, updating records, and identifying errors.
  • Process payments, renewals, and refunds by working with finance team.
  • Deal with ad-hoc tasks by working towards timelines and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the Fellowship Services team's work to improve membership retention, including engaging with KPIs and supporting with key projects.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Membership Engagement Coordinator role you will need strong relationship management experience.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Excellent organisation skills, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and dealing with a wide range of people.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Someone who can take initiative and do independent work.
  • Someone who is organised and efficient.
  • Experience writing and delivering compelling communications to the wider public.
