Are you a talented Finance Manager or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience managing finance accounts, processes and systems? If so then you could be perfect for my client, an Education Charity in London.

This charity was established in response to the covid-19 pandemic. This is a 3-month temp role. This role will 100% remote working and is an immediate start.

The client is open to an officer looking for a step up.

The Role: In this Finance Manager role, you will report to Head of Operations. Specific tasks include:

  • Processing purchase requests, invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Reconciling invoices against monthly ledger.
  • Managing income statement, balance sheet, cash flow.
  • Analysing and interpreting financial information.
  • Accurately capturing supplier data and keeping it up to date.
  • Updating payroll data.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Finance Manager role you will need to be a fully qualified accountant.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Experience with financial records management, ideally bookkeeping.
  • Experience managing grants, including claims and expenditure.
  • Experience using Microsoft dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Excellent communicator working with tact and diplomacy who is comfortable across a range of media.
