This is a permanent role and will be hybrid working up to 2 days in the London office based near Camden (NW1).

The Role: In this Corporate Partnerships Manager role, you will be working in the Partnerships team to deliver memorable, inspiring and sustainable partnerships. Specific tasks include:

  • Support with the delivery of the partnership including fundraising, communications and volunteer activities.
  • Deliver, develop and monitor a portfolio of high performing, creative and impactful fundraising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and support cross organisational campaigns, events and added value opportunities.
  • Measure success and impact of activity through evaluation methods.
  • Monitor partnership income and expenditure.
  • Formulate plans for any potential shortfall and providing accurate commentary for budgeting and quarterly re-forecasts.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Corporate Partnerships Manager role you will need to possess knowledge of fundraising, especially in relation corporate partnerships.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Experience of excellent relationship management and project management skills
  • In depth understanding of corporate fundraising.
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a strategic thinker and target driven.
  • You have a track record of implementing an engaging fundraising plan.

    You will respond to queries, mostly by phone but also email, letter, social media and web chat on all aspects of their work. You will effectively respond to all enquiries, requests for information and complaints received into their Supporter Care team, taking ownership of these enquiries.

    You will also do the following tasks:

    • You will maintain electronic and written communications within the database to ensure customer records are kept up to date and information is available for management reports.
    • You will keep an up-to-date knowledge of the full range of services, products, campaigns and activities across this Charity.
    • You will thank supporters for their donations (monetary and gifts)
