Job Description

Charity Talent are recruiting for an International Funding Officer.

Are you a talented International Funding Officer, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can support raising funds from foundations and corporations to support on special grant projects ? If so then you could be perfect for my client, an International Sustainability Organisation in London.

This role is permanent position, looking for someone to start ASAP with hybrid working near Victoria Station, London, SW1V 1JU.

The Role: In this International Funding Officer role, you report to the Head of Grants and Development.

Specific tasks include:

  • Writing grant proposals that incorporate internal strategies and external.
  • Writing communications to keep funders updated, engaged, and involved.
  • Developing documents, spreadsheets and slide presentations to support the grant application process.
  • Maintaining an updated radar of potential funders.
  • Profiling, researching and presenting on specific funders.
  • Preparing briefings for staff and partners on issues related to sustainability.
  • Maintaining a calendar of funding-related deadlines.
  • Support the completion of the Annual Report.
  • Work with project finance team to ensure useful and relevant material is gathered across projects.

The Candidate: To be considered for the International Funding Officer role you will need to demonstrable management of applications ensuring that targets and outcomes are exceeded.

    This is a 3 month temp role for 2 days per week is an ASAP start. It will 2 days in the office near Victoria Station (SW1V 1JU), London.

    The Role: As the Temp Trust Fundraising Coordinator you will be doing the following tasks:

    • Ensure the trust data is clean and managed well on the CRM system.
    • Be the first point of contact for supporters and members.
    • Send out thank you letters and cards to appropriate members.
    • You will respond to queries, mostly by phone and email, letter on all aspects of their work.
    • You will effectively respond to all enquiries and requests for information into the Trust team.
    • Update records on our fundraising database.

    The Candidate: To be considered for the Trust Fundraising Coordinator role you will need to possess administration experience in an office environment. Charity Talent also need you to have prior experience of dealing with a high volume of tasks.
