Charity Talent are recruiting for a talented Membership Programme Manager.
Are you a talented Membership Programme Manager or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can launch and manage a brand new programme as well as build relationship with corporate members? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Women Charity based in London.
This is perm role, ASAP start. It will be hybrid working with a few days in the office near Liverpool Street Station, EC2M.
The Role: As the Membership Programme Manager you will solely manage this programme. You will be doing the following tasks;
- Create a detailed launch plan and lead on the programme's go-live.
- Provide outstanding account and relationship management for existing and potential new members.
- Lead the implementation of any in-year member benefits.
- Update the public website pages relating to the programme.
- Manage income and expenditure budgets in line with the programme's approved budget.
- Manage contracts and invoicing of all members and suppliers to the programme.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers providing outsourced services to the programme.
- Deliver all the benefits to the members about the programme and raise awareness.
- Create the operating model for the programme, including strategies, processes and controls.
The Candidate: To be considered for the Membership Programme Manager role you will need to possess prior experience of the implementation of personalised user journeys.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven experience to spot new opportunities and develop initial ideas into fully worked out plans.
- Strong planning and analysis skills.
