Job Description

Charity Talent are recruiting for an HR Advisor Leader for an International Development Charity based in the City of London. They are recruiting for temporary contract for 4 months (possible extension) to start asap.

As the HR Advisor you will assist the HR manager in ensuring the delivery of an efficient, high quality, customer focused HR service. You will be responsible to lead on recruitment campaigns and advise departmental recruiting managers. You will provide advice and support line managers and staff on policies and procedures.

As the HR Advisor you will manage recruitment campaigns for the complete range of posts and ensure continuous relationships are maintained. You will make sure processes are set up and campaigns are delivered in a smooth and timely manner.

Experience:

Working in a HR function at a similar level

Fully or part CIPD qualified

    £36000 - £38000 per annum

    Charity Talent are recruiting for a Social Welfare Charity based in Central London. They are recruiting for a Senior CRM Data and Import Officer. This is a vital role within the Fundraising and Marketing Department undergoing new systems implementation from Raiser's Edge to Microsoft Dynamics.

    As the Data Import and Processing Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering software within the data team to help with data importing, data load and data transformation. You will imports large sets of data. Create new records individually. You will improve and streamline data flows, creating and standardising data import tools to prompt import into the CRM.

    You will ensure Gift Aid gets consistently captured. You will also create queries and run reports mainly for income analysis and reconciling purposes. Trouble-shooting any problems with datasets, contribute to data cleansing, deduplication and merging data. Provide training, advice and support to CRM users. Responsible for donation processing, including Direct Debits, Standing orders, in Memory donations and Legacy and Gift Aid.

    Experience:

    Microsoft Dynamics and or Raiser's Edge

    Improving Data Flows

    Data manipulation

    MS Excel, SQL and SSIS
