Job Description

Charity Talent are recruiting for a well known Health Charity, they are recruiting for a Content Marketing Manager, 12 month Fix Term. £31,395 - 34,883 (if based in London or within M25) and £28,311 - 31,799 (Regions/Nations). You will have Line management experience (managing a team of 3). You will also have Budget management experience. You will be responsible for 30% hands on content production, 70% consulting and overseeing projects. You will be responsible for delivering against the multi-channel, multi-format content road-map, created in collaboration alongside the Senior Content Manager. You will ensure Content Producers in your team and devolved website editors across the organisation put audience needs at the forefront of all digital content created, as well as uphold the highest standards in SEO.

You will be an expert in combining the power of storytelling with a strong brand voice, you will understand what successful content marketing looks like for content in all forms, including copy, video, photography, graphical and audio. You will be a leader as you will manage a team of 3. You will develop the team to deliver high-quality digital content. You will also support the Senior Content Manager in the delivering of content strategy. You will work alongside the Product Owner and external agencies to optimise website content for search. Use tools to evaluate success to report performance to stakeholders including marketing segmentation.

Work with the Brand and Creative team to deliver user-centred video and graphical content, including writing clear briefs for agencies.

Experience:

User-centred content design skills

    Respond to incoming external communications to the team, in the form of emails, web form enquiries and private messages as well as to technical or administrative concerns. To work closely with their volunteers, and the Central Volunteering Team, in line with the Volunteer Journey, ensuring all volunteers are effectively managed and supported as per our guidance, policies and procedures.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Highly interpersonal role, requiring a high level of sympathy, empathy, and compassion towards our online community and an ability to effectively manage difficult or potentially volatile situations stopping them from escalating
    • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing as well as openly, honestly and clearly and know how to meet the needs of an online community

    £31000 - £32000 per annum

    Charity Talent are recruiting for a Fundraising Manager to work for a Social Welfare Charity. This is a temp contract up to 6 months or a fixed term contract up to 12 months. It is a 4-day (possibly 5-day) contract. To start before if not by January and will be remote working.

    Charity Talent are recruiting for an Education Charity. We are recruiting for a Temporary Programme Assistant to start in mid December for 3 months with a possible extension.

    As a Programme Assistant you will act as first point of contact for all academic administrative queries as well as provide support for all academic functions, including the recording of all assessments and preparation for exam boards.

    As a Programme Assistant you will file correctly all academic records (paper and electronic) including maintaining participant records and inputting these into the system. You will also manage the archive of key documents.
