Are you a talented Digital Marketing Manager, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience implementing digital marketing activity across email marketing, digital search marketing (PPC) and other digital marketing opportunities? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Health Charity in London. This role is temporary for two months with the possibility to extend.

The Role: In this Digital Marketing Manager role, you will report to the Head of Digital Engagement and will be line managing 2 marketing officers. Specific tasks include:

  • To line manage and set performance and development targets for the Digital Marketing Officers.
  • To work closely with the wider team to support the design of a comprehensive suite of reports to cover the performance of digital activity.
  • To lead on how we improve our use of email as an organisation including planning content for emails as well as designing automated email journeys.
  • To manage the relationship of search agencies that provide support to the running of our PPC accounts.
  • To contribute to evaluations of the organisation's campaigns and projects across challenge events, community, policy and campaigns and the fundraising products team.
  • To devise and implement the digital marketing plan for all key activity across the organisation.
  • To manage the prioritisation of digital marketing activity across projects.
  • To manage the email communication calendar.

It will be working from home for the time being. This role is temporary for two months with the possibility to extend. The standard working hours for this job are 9.00-5.00.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Digital Marketing Manager role you will need to demonstrable experience within a digital marketing role in a charity or well-known brand, covering email marketing and PPC. Charity Talent also need you to have prior experience in the technical set up of Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns (search, display and video).

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Experience of working on cross-organisation marketing projects to deliver digital marketing activity.
  • Experience of managing agencies to commission bespoke project work.
  • Desirable to have experience using Adestra's Message Focus.
  • Line management experience of officers.
