This is a permanent role with 2 days in the office near Liverpool Street Station, EC2M.

The Role: As the Community Marketing Officer, you will report to the Community Marketing Event Manager. Specific tasks:

  • Encourage supporters to join in the campaigns and increase attraction.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of internal teams to ensure the campaign targets are met.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external members to deliver plans.
  • Ability to deliver your own smaller campaigns from idea to reality.
  • Project manage and deliver cross-channel marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Play a key role in developing powerful creative campaigns through to print and digital production.
  • Test and develop new ideas to make insight-based decisions to optimise and grow.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Community Marketing Officer role you will need to possess experience in a marketing role supporting on campaigns.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Provide exceptional supporter experience and service.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of on and offline marketing approaches.
  • Project management experience.

    The Candidate: To be considered for the Fundraising Customer Care Officer you will need to possess strong relationship management experience.

  • Temp Fundraising Supporter Care Executive

    Charity Talent are recruiting for a Temp Fundraising Supporter Care Executive to join a brilliant Bereavement Charity. The purpose of this role will be to join the fundraising team to deliver exceptional supporter care and provide operational and administrative services to the team.

    Location: located near Camden Station (NW1)

    Hybrid working with up to 3 days in the office a week.

  • Temp Fundraising Events Manager
    £20 - £24 per hour

    Charity Talent are recruiting for a Temp Fundraising Events Manager to work for a Disability Charity who have been incredibly successful with their Events. This is their busiest time of the year so a great time to get stuck in!

    Are you a talented Temp Fundraising Events Manager, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience delivering portfolio of challenge events and line managing the team? If so then you could be perfect for my client, and Disability Charity in London

    This role is ASAP for 3 months with the possibility to extend. The role requires some attendance in the office but no more than 2 days a week. The office is near Euston Station (NW1)

    The Role: In this Fundraising Events Manager role, you will be line managing 3 people (2 officers and 1 assistant) and reporting to Head of Events.

    Specific tasks include:

    • Manage and oversee the 3rd party events with the aim increase recruitment levels and grow income.
    • Monitor and evaluate marketing and communication campaigns.
    • Work with the Digital teams to maximise opportunities to tell supporter stories.
    • Write and plan effective and innovative customer stewardship journeys.
    • Manage all financial reporting and budgeting for your projects accurately.
    • Explore new marketing and fundraising opportunities.
    • Coach and develop the team so they can keep evolving their skills and build their professional networks.
