£26500 - £28500 per annum

Are you a talented Fundraising Product Officer, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can assist in maximising net income and supporter engagement? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Health Charity based in London. This is a permanent position, immediate start with 2 days in the London office (near Bank Station) and the rest working from home.

The Role: As the Fundraising Product Officer you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, to improve supporter processes and manage community fundraising products. Specific tasks:

  • To develop and implement campaigns and product.
  • To provide fantastic end to end supporter experiences.
  • To manage the Community inbox and answering phone calls, sending fundraising resources and ensuring all supporters are thanked appropriately.
  • Plan and deliver mass stewardship communications.
  • To monitor the performance of community fundraising products and provide recommendations where required.
  • To work with the team on the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • To look at what additional multi-channel activity the charity can implement to ensure a positive experience for supporters.

The Candidate: To be considered for the Fundraising Product Officer role you will need to possess experience where you have successfully helped to deliver community fundraising initiatives.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Experience planning, implementing and evaluating supporter journeys.
  • Strong relationships management experience to add value with supporters or customers.
  • Good knowledge of the current Fundraising market including key trends.
  • Charity experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent time management; able to manage a wide and varied workload.
