Are you a talented Membership Campaign Officer, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience developing existing members and implementing direct marketing campaigns? If so then you could be perfect for my client, an Environmental Charity.
This is an ASAP temp role for the next 2 months with possibility to extend and go perm. This role will be hybrid working up to 2 days in the London office near Liverpool Street Station (EC2M) .
The Role: In this Membership Campaign Officer role, you will complete the following tasks:
- Plan and project manage a range of activities/communications at the same time from start to finish.
- Work with the manager on the marketing and promotion of legacy and in-memory giving through various media including print and digital.
- Develop good understanding of team's income and expenditure budgets.
- Proactive cross-team working with key stakeholders to ensure opportunities are maximised
- Analyse campaign results to determine their effectiveness.
- Develop new messages to acquire and retain members through a range of channels.
- Develop and update all process documents for all activities as necessary.
- Support colleagues and other teams as needed.
The Candidate: To be considered for the Membership Campaign Officer role you will need to demonstrable proven experience of campaign management across different channels.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
- A proven track record in planning and delivering successful direct marketing.
- Understanding and experience of audience segmentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong supporter/donor relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work accurately and to a high standard whilst managing multiple deadlines.

- Experience of monitoring and setting budgets in a direct marketing context.
- Experience of creating effective mass supporter journeys to improve engagement with supporters.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a diverse range of internal and external.
- Experience of managing external agencies and suppliers.

Temp Fundraising Event Assistant
Are you a talented Temp Fundraising Event Assistant, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience supporting the events team with all london marathon queries and logistics matters? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Health based Charity in London.
This is a 3 month temp role and ASAP start. It is a part time role for 21 hours per week and 3 days attendance in the office. Office is near Leicester Square, London, WC2H.
The Role: In this Temp Fundraising Event Assistant role you'll report to the Community Manager. Specific tasks include:
- Assist with all tasks related to 2023 London Marathon.
- Develop and deliver all communications going out to the team.
- Send out scheduled emails and letters to appropriate people.
- Proactively making calls as required by the Manager to give support and help with an individual's fundraising.
- Being the first point of contact for all questions and queries on the phone, email and Facebook.
- Liaise with participants before and after the event.
- Send out event materials as requested
- Monitoring the Events inbox, Facebook and Whatapps groups.
- Deal with all engagements related to the groups and responding to queries and requests as necessary.
The Candidate: To be considered for the Temp Fundraising Event Assistant role you will need to possess strong relationship management experience.

Community Marketing Officer
