Programme Assistant

£12 - £14 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for an Education Charity. We are recruiting for a Temporary Programme Assistant to start in mid December for 3 months with a possible extension.

As a Programme Assistant you will act as first point of contact for all academic administrative queries as well as provide support for all academic functions, including the recording of all assessments and preparation for exam boards.

As a Programme Assistant you will file correctly all academic records (paper and electronic) including maintaining participant records and inputting these into the system. You will also manage the archive of key documents.

Experience:

  • Experience of working within a Higher Education (or similar) environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills - Essential Office Suite

Communications Officer - Children Charity

£15 - £17 per hour

Charity Talent are currently working with a Children's Charity, based in Central London. They are looking for a Communications Officer to start asap, this is a 6 month contract.

As the Communications Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of communications, including the annual impact report, across all online and offline platforms. You will be responsible for the daily operation of social media channels including content and analytics and on-going development. You will assist in the creation and delivery of all internal and external communications materials and campaigns and identify opportunities for influencing stakeholders.

As the Communications Officer you will produce regular email bulletins and be responsible for its marketing and development. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the charity's websites including content and analytics.

Experience:

Experience of developing content for press and media, including producing press releases and briefings

Understanding of how to utilise social media platforms

Experience of increasing an organisation's online presence and readership through effective management, editing and monitoring of the website

Experience of communicating and guarding a brand identity, ensuring all communications meet brand guidelines.

Membership Administrator

Up to £11 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for Museum based in Central London. They are recruiting for a Membership Administrator to start asap. This is a temporary contract until the end of April, with a possible extension.

As the Membership Administrator you will report to Head of Membership. You will be responsible for processing Membership applications and payments. You will organise and process data and financial transactions.

Project Coordinator - Higher Education

Up to £14 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work within Higher Education to start asap. This is a temporary contract for 8 weeks, with a possible extension.

As the Projects Coordinator you will assist in the production of presentations and other written materials. You will conduct administrative and operational tasks in accordance with defined policies, procedures and instructions to ensure the delivery of a first-class service to all stakeholders.

As the Projects Coordinator you will manage the payment process for two talent pools - purchase orders, invoice processing and payment. You will draft and develop standard materials, working to a clear brief, for use in the provision of an effective and efficient support service. You will Co-ordinate team calendars and meetings to support efficient and effective team working. You will organise, input into and monitor databases and records to ensure accurate recording, completed in a timely manner in line with established processes.

Experience:

Project Administration

Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders

Experience in standard financial management processes

Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and databases

Comfortable working with numbers
