As the Events and Project Support Officer you will be the first point of contact within the team for student event enquires and ensure that they are dealt with promptly. You will support the Events Recruitment Manager in executing the Events communication plan. You will responsible for coordinating the team calendars and meeting to support efficiently and effective team working. You will provide support and guidance, and attend events where necessary (often evenings and weekends). As the Executive Assistant you will be the key right hand manager for the Associate Dean and Deputy Dean and is there to support them in their work. You will be juggling multiple projects (with complex stakeholders).

You will be responsible for organising their diaries, travel, meetings, stakeholder presentations and other documentation, team, expenses and budget. Be a robust gatekeeper, manage and prioritise their schedule ensuring important conflicts are flagged. This can either be a Temporary job, asap start, this could lead into something more permanent.

As the Student Submissions Manager, you will have knowledge of the academic regulations within HEIs. You will be an expert in their partner university's processes and procedures. You will work closely with their Curriculum and Delivery teams to ensure that the academic regulations governing the programme are adhered to and understood by participants and employees.

You will also be comfortable with people management, as they will be expected to frequently liaise with high-level internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee the participant journey academically, including the record of all assessments, liaising with external examiners, preparation for exam boards. Overseeing the suitability and eligibility processes for participants post-programme commencement.
