Charity Talent are recruiting for an Events Assistant, part time 3 days per week, for a Social Welfare Charity based in Central London. This is to start ASAP and is an on-going temporary contract.

As the Events Assistant you will work closely with the Fundraising Events Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day running of events, recruiting participants, motivating participants, liaising with them over sponsorship levels to maximise income opportunities, liaising with participants before and after the event.

As the Events Assistant you will be the first point of contact for receiving donations giving fundraising advice, logistical advice about events, or following up sponsorship money. You will assist with basic office duties; assist with the maintaining web pages and other administrative systems and support systems. You will maintain and develop relationships with all stakeholders. You will undertake additional duties required by the Fundraising Events Manager or the Head of Marketing & Fundraising to meet the objectives of the department.

Configure the front-end of the website using Drupal CMS to display content, blocks and views.

As the Programme Assistant you will coordinate a number of key crucial to the delivery of their Programmes.
