Programme Administrator - Higher Education

As the Programme Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Programme Management Team and stakeholders. You will provide exceptional service to students through multiple channels of communications.

As the Programme Administrator you will assist in planning and delivering projects and events, using excellent collaboration skills to work closely with multiple stakeholders.

Experience:

Good working knowledge of MS Office functions (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Knowledge of a variety of electronic systems / databases used to disseminate/record/manage/report on student related data, e.g. BREO, Salesforce, SITS. (desirable)

Knowledge of the workings and requirements of a university and its staff and students (desirable)

Experience of supporting a team and/or high-level staff member(s) within a busy work environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Diary management and arranging meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

Digital Communications Coordinator - Higher Education

£13 - £14 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Digital Communications Coordinator to work within Higher Education to start asap. This is a temporary contract until June (possible extension.)

As the Digital Communications Coordinator you will be responsible for creating content for multiple social media channels and working with social media management tools. You will have awareness of producing communications for different audiences.

As the Digital Communications Coordinator you will be IT literate with the ability to think analytically and laterally - Microsoft Office suite (including Excel). You will have a working knowledge of Photoshop.

As the Office Coordinator you will provide a reception desk welcome to visitors. You will ensure that incoming post is received and distributed. Answer telephone calls, enquiries and requests and pass to relevant staff. Provide administrative support to Health and Safety.

Manage the In-box, you will also maintain the filing system and database and approve supplier list. Coordinate birthdays, staff leavers and other celebrations. Provide support for office events as and when required. Manage the petty cash for administrative purposes. Prepare invoices, maintain credit card records and reconcile credit card for the COO.

As the Marketing Assistant you will oversees day-to-day marketing activities for the marketing department as they apply to supporting the marketing and communication needs of the Advancement Department (Alumni engagement and fundraising), whilst aligning with the Schools wider marketing and communications goals. A key focus will be to prepare for the next Fundraising Campaign, supporting the development and delivery of a comprehensive communications plan that will enable significant and game-changing funds to be raised.

As the Marketing Assistant you will support in the development of an annual strategy and ensure a clear communications plan is in place. You will work with the in house Content & Creative team to design and produce all marketing collateral and supporting. You will be the marketing lead for all Alumni calendar events. When needed, writing copy for marketing collateral or working with the in house Copywriters on larger copy.

You will manage internal and external suppliers including on-boarding of new suppliers in line with procurement. A level of general office management/admin assistance expected in this role, including co-managing the office stationary supplies, Office & IT liaison - supporting the Executive PA.
