Charity Talent are recruiting for a Children's Charity and they are recruiting for a Project and Communications Assistant to start asap. This is for 3 months, with a possible extension.

As the Project and Communications Assistant you will provide high level project, administrative and communications support to a team of staff. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible to create, edit and proof-read business communications and documents including assisting with the production of project reports, publications and promotional material.

As the Project and Communications Assistant you will actively engaged in the development of new projects and programmes across the department, and agree tasks within them as appropriate. You will understand and administer financial procedures. You will develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures as required including project tracking and monitoring.

Membership Administrator - Museum

£11 - £12 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for Museum based in Central London. They are recruiting for a Membership Administrator to start asap. This is a temporary contract until the end of September, with a possible extension.

As the Membership Administrator you will report to Head of Membership. You will be responsible for processing Membership applications and payments. You will organise and process data and financial transactions.

Charity Talent are working with a well-known Environmental Charity based in the City of London. They are looking for a Fundraising Campaign Coordinator. This a temporary position to start mid-April for 3 months.

As the Fundraising Campaign Coordinator you will make sure all the Fundraising departments are supported by monitoring and reviewing processes to ensure they are customer focuses and up to date with compliance. You will make sure the fundraising campaigns calendars are up to date and assist the Team leader in co-ordinating and running meetings between internal teams and external agencies. You will support the Data import team with data importing activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied position, you will also create fulfilment briefings for outsources fundraising appeals including data imports, donation handling and thanking.

£11 - £12 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Social Welfare Charity based near Old Street. They are recruiting for a Fundraising Administrator to handle calls and donation queries. This is a 4 month temporary contract, with possible extension.

As the Fundraising Administrator you will respond consistently to a high volume of inbound enquiries from supporters and volunteers, across all communication channels. You will accurately maintain manual and electronic records and input data on databases, complying with Data Protection Act. Maintain sensitive information and records with appropriate confidentiality.

As the Fundraising Administrator you will liaise with managers, supporters and volunteers to resolve standard and ad hoc queries. You will provide support for all fundraising campaigns through supporter focused response initiatives and fulfilment.

Experience:

Excellent customer service

Experience of working as part of a team dealing with a high volume of inbound enquiries

Knowledge of fundraising practise across a range of fundraising disciplines

Experience of handling complaints

Knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements within Fundraising i.e. Gift Aid, Data Protection Act
