Charity Talent are recruiting for a Social Welfare Charity based in Elephant and Castle. They are recruiting for a Fundraising Administrator to be working in the office. This is a 2-month temporary contract starting in November, with possible extension.
As the Fundraising Administrator you will be working in the fundraising department. As the Fundraising Administrator you will liaise with managers, supporters and volunteers to resolve standard and ad hoc queries. You will provide support for all fundraising campaigns through supporter focused response initiatives and fulfilment.
You will also be responding consistently to a high volume of inbound enquiries from supporters and volunteers, across all communication channels. You will accurately maintain manual and electronic records and input data on databases, complying with Data Protection Act. Maintain sensitive information and records with appropriate confidentiality.

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work within Higher Education to start asap. This is a temporary contract for 8 weeks, with a possible extension.
As the Projects Coordinator you will assist in the production of presentations and other written materials. You will conduct administrative and operational tasks in accordance with defined policies, procedures and instructions to ensure the delivery of a first-class service to all stakeholders.
As the Projects Coordinator you will manage the payment process for two talent pools - purchase orders, invoice processing and payment. You will draft and develop standard materials, working to a clear brief, for use in the provision of an effective and efficient support service. You will Co-ordinate team calendars and meetings to support efficient and effective team working. You will organise, input into and monitor databases and records to ensure accurate recording, completed in a timely manner in line with established processes.
Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders
Experience in standard financial management processes
Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and databases
Comfortable working with numbers
