Flexi Freelance Event Programme Manager

£180 - £181 per day

This is an on-going project with flexible hours (no set hours) to be delivered over a period of 10 - 12 weeks at a fixed project cost.

The Role: As the Freelance Event Programme Manager you carry out the following tasks:

  • Understands and oversees programme collateral requirements and actively contributes in defining and continuously improving the accurate production of learning materials.
  • Monitors the completion of standard processes and activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Engages participants through online platform with interactive and participative networking and social activities

The Role: As the Fundraising Campaign Officer you will co-ordinate and plan of outsourcing fulfilment needs. Specific tasks:

  • To assist in maintain ongoing working collaborations with fundraising teams.
  • To assist in co-ordinating and running meetings between appropriate internal teams and external (fundraising and fulfilment) agencies.
  • To assist in creating fulfilment briefings for outsourced fundraising appeals, covering all aspects of fundraising planning.
  • To take direct responsibility for contacting agencies and internal teams when any issues or discrepancies arise.

The Role: As the Supporter Care Data Officer you will liaise with all parties to respond to and resolve standard fundraising donation related queries.

  • liaise closely with internal teams to resolve queries and issues raised by fundraising team income.
  • Accurate processing of all in-house donations, and other fundraising related forms, including logging and banking within agreed service levels.
  • To be directly responsible for writing tailored, supporter focused thank you letters and emails, that are engaging, accurate with the aim to retain support.
  • Respond to and log supporter feedback (positive, negative and complaints) when received as part of donation responses.
  • Maintain sensitive information and records with appropriate confidentiality.

The Role: As the Fundraising Enquiry Officer you will be the first point of contact for supporters and members.

  • You will respond to high volume of inbound enquiries, mostly by phone but also email, , social media and web chat on all aspects of their work. You will effectively respond to all enquiries, requests for information and complaints received into their Supporter Care team, taking ownership of these enquiries.
  • Provide support for all fundraising campaigns through supporter focused response initiatives and fulfilment.
  • Log feedback (positive, negative and complaints).
  • Liaise with managers, supporters and volunteers to resolve standard and ad hoc queries.
  • Accurately maintain manual and electronic records, complying with GDPR and RNIB and statutory regulations.

Charity Talent are recruiting for an Fundraising Events Coordinator for a well-known Youth Charity. This is an ASAP start and it is a 3 month contract, with a possible extension.

As the Fundraising Events Coordinator you will support the Fundraising Events Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day running of challenge events, recruiting participants, motivating participants, liaising with them over sponsorship levels to maximise income opportunities, liaising with participants before and after the event.

As the Fundraising Events Coordinator you will develop a strategy and manage the promotion of events on the website, through internal channels and through social media. This includes the design, writing and keeping updated of all marketing collateral.

You will manage the development, execution and coordination of fundraising events. You will act as a point of contact for members of the public and corps who wish to fundraise and support them in all aspects such as fundraising advice and logistical advice about events. You will be supervising and taking responsibility for ensuring all tasks are carried out effectively, efficiently and professionally, achieving agreed KPIs.

Experience:

At least 1 years' experience in an Event fundraising environment

The Role: In this Programme Manager role, you will be working in the Leadership Programme team. Specific tasks include:

  • Help run recruitment days and hold the relationship with the participants
  • Oversee programme delivery ensuring programme deliverables are met and participants receive an excellent learning experience and develop the tools to improve their leadership skill.
  • Oversee programme design and development.
  • Work closely with Partnerships team to develop positive and collaborative relationships with senior leaders in local authorities

The Role: In this Head of Operations role, you will report to CEO. Specific tasks include:

  • Draft and implement annual Learning and Development Plan to support individual and organisational success.

It will be working from home with 1-2 days in London Office.

The Role: In this Programme Coordinator role, you will report to Education Programme Manager and working in the Curriculum Team. Specific tasks include:

  • Be a central person for all queries and support for the team
  • Provide admin support to the wider team including organising meetings, viewing documentation, data management and proofing and editing of curriculum material.
  • Liaising with speakers and supporting on contracts and travel requests.
  • Supporting on finance requests including budgets and dealing with invoice request.

This is a permanent part-time position of 21 hours per week across 3 days. The training and probation will be in the London office and then flexible working thereafter.

The Role: As the Fundraising Customer Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact for supporters and members.

  • You will respond to queries, mostly by phone but also email, letter, social media and web chat on all aspects of their work. You will effectively respond to all enquiries, requests for information and complaints received into their Supporter Care team, taking ownership of these enquiries.
  • This role is to put the supporter at the heart of every engagement by delivering excellent customer services
  • You will also support on maintaining electronic and written communications within the database to ensure customer records are kept up to date and information is available for management reports.
  • You will also be undertaking general day-to-day admin, including sending thank you letters and acknowledgements.
