Content Producer - Health Charity

£23000 - £29000 per annum

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Content Producer to work for a Health Charity, this is an immediate start, working from home temporarily due to Covid-19. This is a two year contract.

Responsibilities include to produce audience-first content across multiple touchpoints to their audience, you will use audience insights to plan, produce and evaluate high-quality content for our digital platforms, in print, and across our social media channels. You won't just be writing excellent copy - you'll be involved in video, photography, graphic and audio content too. This content will form the basis of social, email and paid ad content, signposting those audiences to more detailed website content and a print toolkit. An expert in content marketing, you'll know how to increase the reach and engagement of your content, and how to build excellent customer journeys to drive conversions.This role will harness the power of great storytelling with great content design, helping the user to understand the role physical activity plays in a healthy lifestyle. You will ensure that all content created is reflective of our brand essence, and always embodies our tone of voice characteristics: authentic, inspiring, frank, confident and human.

You will expertly leverage the use of Search Engine Optimisation, Google Analytics and other analytic tools to make informed and timely decisions. And you will have experience with content management systems and offer support on best practice to devolved web editors across the organisation.

Experience:

  • An excellent content designer - adept in editing, writing, commissioning and reviewing content across all digital and print mediums.
  • A clear and collaborative communicator who can build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Audience and insight focussed - using data and expert knowledge to inform decisions.

 

Fundraising Administrator

Up to £11 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Social Welfare Charity based in Elephant and Castle. They are recruiting for a Fundraising Administrator to be working in the office. This is a 2-month temporary contract starting in November, with possible extension.

As the Fundraising Administrator you will be working in the fundraising department. As the Fundraising Administrator you will liaise with managers, supporters and volunteers to resolve standard and ad hoc queries. You will provide support for all fundraising campaigns through supporter focused response initiatives and fulfilment.

You will also be responding consistently to a high volume of inbound enquiries from supporters and volunteers, across all communication channels. You will accurately maintain manual and electronic records and input data on databases, complying with Data Protection Act. Maintain sensitive information and records with appropriate confidentiality.

Project Coordinator - Higher Education

Up to £14 per hour

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work within Higher Education to start asap. This is a temporary contract for 8 weeks, with a possible extension.

As the Projects Coordinator you will assist in the production of presentations and other written materials. You will conduct administrative and operational tasks in accordance with defined policies, procedures and instructions to ensure the delivery of a first-class service to all stakeholders.

As the Projects Coordinator you will manage the payment process for two talent pools - purchase orders, invoice processing and payment. You will draft and develop standard materials, working to a clear brief, for use in the provision of an effective and efficient support service. You will Co-ordinate team calendars and meetings to support efficient and effective team working. You will organise, input into and monitor databases and records to ensure accurate recording, completed in a timely manner in line with established processes.

Experience:

Project Administration

Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders

Experience in standard financial management processes

Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems and databases

Comfortable working with numbers
