Charity Talent are recruiting for a Project and Events Manager to work within Higher Education, this is a Temporary job until the end of the year. They are based in Central London. This role plays a pivotal role in delivering a high quality and outstanding experience for all Masters in Financial Analysis students.
As the Project and Events Manager you will ensure attendance and engagement in all programme activities. Proactively reach out to individuals, be the main contact for student concerns. Build strong relationships with students and be alert to student welfare issues. Provide guidance on academic and programme progression.
Plan and deliver Student Away Day. Work with Programme Administrator and other Programme Managers to ensure that major events and all social events are well-planned and managed. Develop strong and effective links to support faculty and their assistants with academic delivery. Plan and deliver a range of extra-curricular events and contribute to more complex projects. Create policy documents and best practice guides.
Support the Senior Programme Manager with the day-to-day running of the programme. Build effective relationships with alumni, suppliers and industry contacts. Ensure all student records and data are maintained. Monitor and reconcile financial activity.
