This can either be a Temporary or Permanent job, asap start.

As an Academic Registrar you will have knowledge of the academic regulations within HEIs. You will be an expert in their partner university's processes and procedures. You will work closely with their Curriculum and Delivery teams to ensure that the academic regulations governing the programme are adhered to and understood by participants and employees.

You will also be comfortable with people management, as they will be expected to frequently liaise with high-level internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee the participant journey academically, including the record of all assessments, liaising with external examiners, preparation for exam boards. Overseeing the suitability and eligibility processes for participants post-programme commencement. Charity Talent are recruiting for a Temporary Data Officer to start asap, working for a Health Charity based near Old Street, 2 months Temporary Contract with a possible extension.

As the Fundraising Data Officer you will be the lead point of contact for all donor enquiries by mail, email, phone. To ensure that an excellent level of service is provided to supporters (existing and new). In conjunction with the Database Manager to take primary responsibility for the maintenance of the Raiser's Edge database including regular data imports and processing.

To ensure that donations are recorded promptly (including daily gift batches, gifts from the Charity's website as well as gifts from online fundraising platforms such as Virgin Money Giving and Just Giving) on the Income Generation database Raisers Edge. Ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and all donations are thanked promptly and appropriately. Working closely with the finance team to ensure that all cash gifts are processed on time. To be the first point of contact for all Donor enquiries, to support Community Fundraisers.

To perform timely and accurate regular data imports from a number of external agencies dealing with things like direct debit's, standing orders and PAYE to regular deadlines and to support Finance with the reconciliation of these imports.

To keep the Fundraising Database up-to-date using accurate data entry in line with existing processes as well as helping with data cleaning and process updating as required. To keep the donor support manual and all financial process up to date.

As the Events Assistant you will work closely with the Fundraising Events Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day running of events, recruiting participants, motivating participants, liaising with them over sponsorship levels to maximise income opportunities, liaising with participants before and after the event.

As the Events Assistant you will be the first point of contact for receiving donations giving fundraising advice, logistical advice about events, or following up sponsorship money. You will assist with basic office duties; assist with the maintaining web pages and other administrative systems and support systems.
