The Marketing Executive oversees day-to-day marketing activities for the marketing department as they apply to supporting the marketing and communication needs of the Advancement Department (Alumni engagement and fundraising),, whilst aligning with the Schools wider marketing and communications goals. A key focus will be to prepare for the next Fundraising Campaign, supporting the development and delivery of a comprehensive communications plan that will enable significant and game-changing funds to be raised.

Support in the development of an annual strategy and ensure a clear communications plan is in place. Work with the in house Content & Creative team to design and produce all marketing collateral and supporting. Be the marketing lead for all Alumni calendar events. When needed, writing copy for marketing collateral or working with the in house Copywriters on larger copy. Manage internal and external suppliers including on-boarding of new suppliers in line with procurement. A level of general office management/admin assistance expected in this role, including co-managing the office stationary supplies, kitchen supplies, Office & IT liaison - supporting the Executive PA.

Fundraising Campaign Manager - Mass Participation Fundraising

Charity Talent are recruiting for a well known Health Charity based in Central London. They are recruiting for a Product Support Manager within Mass Participation Fundraising. This is an asap start. The Mass participation fundraising is responsible for delivering a diverse and successful portfolio of mass participation fundraising officers, including runs, swims, cycles, overseas treks and challenges.

As the Product Support Manager you will ensure that the end to end operational requirements for their main annual Fundraising Appeal are fully specified and briefed into key external suppliers and internal teams. Maximise income from the campaign. Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the operational elementts of the campaign are delivered. Manage key external suppliers, manage key internal stakeholders to support the delivery of this campaign.

Maintain a detailed operational understanding of their flagship fundraising campaign, deliver technical briefing documents to external suppliers. Proactively identify opportunities for team improvements with respect to fulfilment reporting, analysis, 3rd party management. Prepare regular updates and milestone reports for fundraising project groups.

Charity Talent are recruiting for a Temporary Data Officer to start asap, working for a Health Charity based near Old Street, 1 month Temporary Contract with a possible extension.

As the Fundraising Data Officer you will be the lead point of contact for all donor enquiries by mail, email, phone. To ensure that an excellent level of service is provided to supporters (existing and new). In conjunction with the Database Manager to take primary responsibility for the maintenance of the Raiser's Edge database including regular data imports and processing.

To ensure that donations are recorded promptly (including daily gift batches, gifts from the Charity's website as well as gifts from online fundraising platforms such as Virgin Money Giving and Just Giving) on the Income Generation database Raisers Edge. Ensuring all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and all donations are thanked promptly and appropriately. Working closely with the finance team to ensure that all cash gifts are processed on time. To be the first point of contact for all Donor enquiries, to support Community Fundraisers.

To perform timely and accurate regular data imports from a number of external agencies dealing with things like direct debit's, standing orders and PAYE to regular deadlines and to support Finance with the reconciliation of these imports.

To keep the Fundraising Database up-to-date using accurate data entry in line with existing processes as well as helping with data cleaning and process updating as required. To keep the donor support manual and all financial process up to date.
